GTA4: Lost and Damned too short?

I bought Lost and Damned yesterday and haven't played much really and noticed I'm already 37% completion, I really find that really short, anyone else thinking this too?

It's not like it's supposed to be a full retail game.. it's just an expansion.

I thought that too when i was first playing through it, but it still took a fair while to finish it all up. Also as Darkslayer16 says above, it is just an expansion, not a full game, so don't expect it to be the same length as the main game.

when you factor in all the new MP modes they added it's actually a pretty good deal.

well u can beat the game in 100% like killing 30 seagulls as part of it, but theres no point for that unless your really nothing else to do because you dont even get achievements.

I don't think it's too short. It's nowhere near as long as the full game, but that's to be expected. I thought the new storyline was great, and made the price worth it.

theres about 12-15 hours of main game story if you dont skip levels by taxi skipping rides. then about 15 hours of side missions like races or gang wars or jobs for example. easy 30 hours excluding collectables etc. thats worth the 1600 i think compared to other games dlc theres a lot there. and then theres loads of new stuff for online as well. not to mention new weapons and cars, bikes in the campain also. i cant wait for the next dlc

Aside from the dlc i normally get for Rock Band - TLAD is by far the best dlc I've purchased - IMO

One thing I like was how this story crossed paths with the main story - doing missions w/Niko Belic & Jacob, etc, etc. Ending was great too !!!

It was alittle short but like everyone said it is an expansion pack.

The multi modes and just the different story make it worth it!

It's just an expansion, its not supposed to be 30+ hours. The story will last you about 6 hours if you are playing straightforward and the other things will add another six. Have you done any gang wars? Those are so much fun. Especially once you get to the later ones, they get pretty challenging.

Yeah, unlike the second DLC, the ballad of gay tony, i feel that the lost and damned is pretty short.

Let's say it takes 20 hours to beat it. For a 1600MS DLC that's amazingly good.

Take Alan Wake's DLC for example, if you buy both of them it will cost you 1600 and you can finish them in less than 2 hours!
