It's fun if you have some friends to play with. It also depends on what you like. If you are into Team Based games it has that. If you like Free For All Based games it has that. It also has Free Roam online which is pretty fun aswell.
I would say its the best third-person online game I've played plus the extras such as the ballad of gay tony, add to the awesomeness :) to tell the truth its so much better when playing free roam or GTA races with your friends :)
Just beware- people have the habit of letting loose their most vile personae when they play GTA online- ceaseless torrents of cursing, hate speech, racism and any other kind of vulgarity one could possibly imagine. Not for the easily offended, and any parent who allows their kids under 18 play the game should be shot.
I havent seen that happen as im usually in party chat but other than that i've been in quite a few lobbies with people that just do what they can to annoy you so just beware like said before
It's still a lot of fun online. The only thing I ever have a problem with is waiting for the game to start. Enough people have to be "ready" or the host can start but they usually just make you wait.
About that, recently as in the last few days i have found that i cannot connect to any servers in any game mode or i must create a new lobby, im pretty baffeled, i think some people must play GTA?
