You get if rom beating one of the creators of the game, or from beating someone who has beaten one of the creators of the game and so on and so on. It's a "Viral" achievement. Meaning that if you have it, you can pass it on if you lose. So people who aren't that great at the game are getting the "Meet Your Maker" achievement.
