that sucks man, i'm having the same prob, but with star power, it goes automatically and nothing else. i got mine on x-mas and was to dumb to say anything. i guess im gonna have to yell at someone because i got it mailed and it was messed up. i would just complain til they cave in.
I had the same issue... My guitar's neck was a little loose, for me I didn't care if it was detachable so I just superglued it down and now it works like new.
