guitar hero world tour, pal version, is it region free?

I got a US/NTSC xbox 360, found a good deal in the UK for the band bundle, anyone knowss if its region free? for all those ready to dismiss the question by saying "there is no such thing as region free xbox games" please dont reply. U have no idea how many of these misinformed douchebags exist in these game forums.
