HELP!!!!!-xbl

hello i am getting very mad at my xbl so can someone help me........

ok I have a ****** N router and the official Xbox Wireless adapter but what i dont get is I have terrible connection in games!!!! i mean it says i have a 5 bar connection on the network settings but i dont in like COD4!!!!!!! i always get this connection interrupted box in the middle of the screen and my guy like jumps everywhere!!!!!! what do i do!!!!!

ok and i test Xbox LIVE connection and everything is good except for the NAT which is strict...Is that my problem....and if it is how to i fix it.........

also my 360 is in my room and my ****** router and computer is in the livingroom down the hall could that be the problem????????

Its in another room? Well, yeah, that could be the problem. I doubt its the NAT.

Get an ethernet cable and use it, see if you still have the problems. If so it could just be your ISP.
