Halo 2 issue

How come when I'm gonna sign in to my account when I'mg onna play Halo 2 online, it says that I have an important message from Xbox live and asks me if I want to go to Account Management or Continue Offline?

Is the fact that I can't sign in while an original xbox have anything to do with this?

I have a 12 month xbox live gold that i started couple days ago

I have played Lost planet, doa4 and rockstar table tennes online

hmm, it should work then.

you should just be able to start halo 2 up, and when you pick your profile on halo 2, it should ask you what account to sign in to. if it bugs out after that point, then i'm not sure what the problem is.

There's no message in the message place thingy, and I dont know what message I could find in Accoutn Management
