Both are really different.
I would go with Halo 2, but Shadowrun is close because it really reminds me of Counter-Strike. With only having one life (unless rezed) and switching to the pistol at the start of the level andjust down to the game itself. I look at it like Counter-Strike with magic, but the one thing i couldn't stand was that Counter-Strike only had a round based mode which is why i chose Halo over Shadowrun.
If Shadowrun has more than 9 maps (small versions don't make the count of maps up to 12) andmabye some new games modes then it would be better. Really it doesn't need a "new" gamemode for say, but what about a FFA deathmatch or mabye something like a territories game type. Also joining a game needs to be quicker and the fact that out of the 3 games i may finish one because i would get disconnected needs to be fixed (my internet can only suck so bad and that was over doing it).
Shadowrun is good, but i think Halo has more lasting value.... unless you hate people... then choose Shadowrun (they don't have the people that say you suck at Hthe gamewhen you just beat them).
