Halo 3 achievement glitch?

Head Honcho is what you get after 10 Headshots.

Ive gotten well over 10 headshots in both single and multi player

I havent gotten the achievement though.

Do you have to get them in a row or what?

Please help and thank you.

Social Sniper kills- 21

And also, does anyone know how you get a Steaktacular? Ive gotten 2 and I have absolutly no idea how I got them and all it says for the description is "Luke owes you a steak dinner!", which sounds good so I dont have a problem with that :wink:

Owell, Im just glad Im not an achievement whore or Id be really mad. I was just on Bungie.net and look at my stats since I dont keep record of it in my head and I noticed I had over 10 Sniper kills.

And also, does anyone know how you get a Steaktacular? Ive gotten 2 and I have absolutly no idea how I got them and all it says for the description is "Luke owes you a steak dinner!", which sounds good so I dont have a problem with that :wink:

Steaktacular is when you win a multiplayer game by 20 or more kills. The fact that you have two says something. hahaha. I don't have any. :P

FINALLY i found out what Steaktacular is. i have 5 and i never knew how i got them

you have to get it with the sniper rifle and as for the stick achievement you have to get it in lone wolves

Same here. I've popped god knows how many grunts in the head in campaign alone, yet no achievment. Whats the deal?HappyAppe

try doing it on brutes, thats what I did and I got it at ten. one of the later missions where you start off with sniping

Yea, my friend Chris and I started that level cause I helped him get the gold skull for that level and I did that to all the brutes and I still didnt get it and I even finished the level aswell.Shade-Blade

Main reason I want all the acheivments in halo 3 is to unlock the security armor, and I read on bungie.net that you have to use the battle rifle, if you want al ink I'll post it.

Spartan Officer is the achievement you receive when you get to the rank of at least Lieutenant.

I am now a captain and I still have not received the achievement. 

Does anyone know why this is happening and what I can do to get the achievement?

Can anyone tell me why i havent gotten the Spartan Officer achievement yet.

Im a captain but I never got the achievement.

Any help would be appreciated

If at first you don't succeed add some capitals and exclamation marks? yeah, that makes sense.

Anyway i seriously doubt anyone here can give you any deeper explanation that "its a bug". Just thought i should let you know before you make the font bigger aswell, followed swiftly by trying it in bold, then going straight to obscenities for shock value.

You have to reach the level of Lieutenant in one specific playlist. i got mine in team slayer. Thats not what the achievement says but the achievement got changed when the new EXP progression. I think that it is kindof pointless because the vidmaster challenge: lightswitch is the same thing. I hope this helps.Slayful-Steve

my brother is having the same problem, he is now a lieutenant and still hasnt gotten the achievment or rouge armor, and he has found all 7 terminals with me and he hasnt gotten that achievment either. i dont know what to do about it though.

ive heard alot of people having problems with this...Me personally as well. I too have had well over 10 headshots, have stuck more than 5 ppl in a game, but ppl have told me sometimes you have to do the achievement a couple of times then it will registerZ-Bombz

Dont you have to get the 5 sticks in a ranked free for all match? As for the headshot one I dont know it worked fine for me but i got that achievement pretty close to when the game came out.
