if my friend has crackdown and uses it to download the beta can i take his disc and use it for my 360 to download the beta?

Let's see, I am going to be crying myself to sleep knwoing that i didnt get into the beta, but then stop sniffling and realize that i have a slight chance to play it cuz i could rent crackdown at Blockbuster.

P.S: Are you guys all middle-schoolers or something? I leave for school at 6:30 A.M!
