Halo 3 ODST and Multiplayer

Will you still need your Halo 3 game disc to play multiplayer once ODST comes out. I know ODST comes with 2 discs, but is the second disc only maps for the original Halo 3 Game?

No it's the full game I believe. You wont need Halo 3.

It would be pointless if you had to have Halo 3, you'd be paying 60$ for campaign and Firefight, most of us already have the maps anyway.

No, disk two only contains the maps for you do download and maybe some other extras. In order to actually play the maps you need to have your old Halo 3 copy.

Click on :three new halo 3 maps

Now you can delete all your halo 3 maps off your hdd and free up some hd space...
