halo 3 odst fire fight question

halo 3 odst fire fight is similar to gears 2 hoard so just like hoard can i jump into a public matchmaking and find players over xbox live to do fire fight with like in gears 2 hoard or does firefight limit you to just invite your friends

I would like to know the answer to this as well, but either way, it's going to be fun if it is wave after wave of enemies! :D

i'm sure that they will have some sort of matchmaking system for it...or at least a lobby similar to L4D.

I am pretty sure Bungie will make Firefight similar to Matchmaking.atm0073

probably the most likely answer since they hasnt announced anything

i really hope bungie does not make firefight only 3rd person, in my opinion that will ruin the mode. halo is meant to be in first person

Im hoping you can play offline split screen multiplayer as well.
