Halo 3: ODST Length?

I was wondering if any knows how long they said the campagin is going to be? I've heard its going to be about 6 hours, but i wasnt sure since they changed the price.

I think I heard around 6 or so hours? Not too sure exactly.

I'm really hoping for 6-8 hours at least on Normal... For the love of God. These campaigns are getting shorter and shorter. Pretty sure they'll be 4-5 hours long.... 2-4 hours long...? Seriously, why are they so short now a days?

I remember early this year around march they did there like 4th complete play thought and they said they clocked it around 8 hours.But that was a few months ago.

im buying it regardless ive loved the odst since the firsst halo. Just something about them so when they announced that we would get to play as them it made me super happy.

I beleive its also an open world experience so I'm thinking its also up to the gamers on how fast they want to complete or explore

I wish they would sell it as a download at a discounted price for all of us who already got the three map packs. I've already spent $30 on content that will be included on the ODST disc, why should I have to pay for it again?

more time is spent on graphical details now days... before, graphics were much more simple and more time could be spent on the length of the game

Unfortunately, it is probably going to be pretty damn short.
