Is it just me or is the Halo ranking system not working. My stats have remained the same after alot of matches............my EXP hasnt went up, rank or no. matches played. Is it jkust me or is it a known problem? and if so, anyone know why................i cant get onto bungie.net to see if they have said anything about it.
