Just so you know, CoD 4's Matchmaking is completely messed up. And second, why are you comparing matchmaking lobbies? Does it matter if it looks better?

Stop making threads about CoD 4 and Halo 3. Both are great games in their own way. Some people like Cod 4, and some like Halo 3. Deal with it..

COD4 is a lot easier than halo, tis just that COD4 has a terrible matchmaking system where ppl new to the game will often face of with high level players.

both halo and cod4 are super popular, and i't sure lots of ppl play both, witch means that this hole up and down , back and forth thing will probably go on for a while. in the end though it doesn't realy matter so much.wreak

I dont play COD4 or halo anymore LMAO!, i find COD4 really boring and the same **** like halo, all they did was add a twist to the lvls by adding "PRESTIGE MODE" lol same **** like every multiplayer game, it gets boring. I like halo more, not because i am a fanboy, because theres nothing better in xbox live than playing a 16 player custom game with all your buddy from school and work, and actually having fuN!. now THAT is legendary.

my favorite online multiplayer games are unreal tournament 3 (which is coming out soon, cant wait to play it, but UT2004 was awesome), halo 3, and cod4...i like all just the same, they are all different, but all rank the same in the fun factor...

Wow the guy who said Halo 3's matchmaking is inferior to CoD4 is an idiot. CoD4's matchmaking does nothing but group random people together thats all. It makes no attempt at putting people of the same skill level together. Halo 3's matchmaking factors in everything. Your level, your kill death ratio, accuracy, amount of headshots. Every little detail goes in as opposed to hey well these guys get to play. Not that Halo 3's is flawless. The game ignores Experience when matchmaking so someone who is level 50 in Team SLayer and has never played Lone Wolves and has thousands of Experience can go in level 1 and start cleaning the floor with everyone else because the biggest factor is your level for that match type. It should have just been based off of an overall level not divided. But at least Halo 3 tries to group a balanced mix of skilled players. Not 4 Level 6 Prestige players mixed in with 2 level 1 prestiges and like a handful of random non prestige low levels. Even the "balanced teams" are hardly ever.Ket87

i agree with everything you say..i think that level in halo 3 should be the same for all game types, or atleast factor in EXP like you said..come to think of it, having the same level in all game types wudnt actually work, so yeh, they shud factor in exp....

I played Halo 3 yesterday for the first time since COD4 came out

Everything seemed so slow and dull, it runs at a snail's pace, rather than the frenetic action of COD4 online. I'll stick to COD4 personally but each to their own
