Halo 3 servers...

I still dont understand how they work.

Since I live in Australia, I want to join Australian servers. Is this possible for me to handpick Australian servers to play on?

I keep hearing that it randomly selects you to any server, which would suck.

Could somebody tell me how the servers work?

if it works like halo 2's matchmaking we dont pick :( and seeing as ur from oz, im sure u know how painful it is to play with usa sometimes. im from nz btwBlindEffekt

Wow thats stupid, so what if you want to play with a friend on the same server?

So the makers behind Halo 3 havnt actually said how the servers will work?

There is now an option to pick what you want Matchmaking to focus on to find a match.II-FBIsniper-II

So I could essentially pick an Australian server to play on?

So basicly it will try to find you a better server instead of finding a server faster.
