Gears 1 or 2? Either way I'd go with Halo 3. Less glitches, more balanced, more multiplayer modes, forge, theater, 4-player campaign co-op, larger player counts for matches.

Gears is my favorite franchise ever, but the online almost killed it for me. Love Gears story and universe, but I'll stick with playing Halo for multi player.orb_03_2006

Gears definately. It is by far my most loved franchise so far in my life,.. I just can't get enough of it. Thats not to say Halo isn't awesome, just not as awesome as Gears. For me.

Halo is easy but I love 3rd Person shooters so Gears of War for me.

Well there both two completely different but brilliant games but i prefer Gears of War ive put ridiculous hours into the multiplayer on that game

Gears of War of course. Halo isdying, Halo 3 is as big as Halo 2 when it came out.

I prefer Halo To Gears Its multiplayer is better Not saying i don't like Gears i love Gears Nothing is better than curb stomping your enemies
