both are hopefully gonna be great and ill getembut if i would have to chose i would go for GTA4 just cuz halo gets broing .... i no i dont got xbox live
Well I'm highly anticipating GTA 4, more so than Halo3. My reason is because rarely any info is released and only one video shown which builds up speculation.As for Halo 3, I will love it but too much info has been released aswell as videos so the only thing I'm anticipating is the single player and any videos for it.

listen these two games will rock the console world so i cant really choose but...... i think i will go for halo3 but i think that both great but you know i had to choose so halo3
I've never been a big Halo fan, so the easy choice is GTA4. Then again, I was never a big GTA fan until San Andreas. I'm taking the "wait and see" approach for both games. However, I'm sure I'll at least give GTA4a rental, while I'll probably never touch Halo 3.
The entire GTA series is played out. Most of the games weren't even good, graphically, storywise, etc. The only reason people liked them was because you could run around and blow things up and get the cops after you. Whoopie. No brainer IMO, Halo 3 is going to be better.
He is comparing '2 completely different games' because they are some of the most anticipated games this year. Anyways, GTA4 for sure. I mean, just how much space FPSes can you play in a lifetime? Ecspecially those who rely more on online mulitplayer rather than inovation and story? Bring it on, Halo fans...I'm ready when you are.

I agree with you, that's why I like GTA so much, in between missions you'll find yourself just doing some crazy just for fun. I could sometimes do that for hours.
I know both the games are completly different!!!! but a normal gamer plays all type of games including FPS and GTA Free roaming etc...So one can compare both the games ...... anticipation factor comes into play in this sort of conditions:p ...... I like GTA cause I ended all of the previous games. Played Halo 2, didnt like it much.... So no goodfellings for halo 3.
They're completely different games...naturally one is going to be "better" if you prefer one genre over another. We should just be happy that so many great games (of various genres) are coming out for the 360.
I'll definitely be getting Halo3, and I'll probably rent GTA4 before deciding whether or not to buy...I've never actually played any of the GTA games before, but it's obvious they have a devoted following.
Halo3 hasn't done much to get my blood pumping andI need a bit more info on the SP, hopefully it wiil end up good otherwise the really un-fun MP isnt enough of a reason for me to buy it.
