What are the chances a new Bungie game (Halo 4?) will launch with the next Xbox console? And lets not forget, Master Chief is a Marine. Theres plenty of other wars for Bungie to think up besides Halo.

yeah as jeff said in his review....they answer all thequestions and finsh the story....but still totally set it up for another game. I dont see why bungie, as a company wouldnt make antohergame...even if it was only multiplayer
its a trilogy guys. there will only be three of them (unless they decide to go to six like Star Wars which i highly doubt). there will be a Halo Wars but that goes back before the first halo.

in the story arc. they never said the seires was a trilogy. microsoft is a company. companies have 1 purpose, to make money. halo makes money, lots of it. it's a garenteed huge payday. every halo has outsold the reviouse one. i expect halo3 to sell 10 million copies. halo4 will sell 15 million i think. there's no way microsoft is going to say no thanks to that kind of money. i wouldn't either to be honest, nor do i think you would.

Yea that will be cool but there are no more Halos so Y call it halo but I still want to see Master Chiefs Face so they might make another game based on the MASTER CHIEF and Cortana and if u played legendary and finished it u will know what will happen.

I don't think Microsoft will let the Halo series end. It makes them way too much money. If there's not a Halo 4 there will at least be a few more games in the "Halo Universe".
They could make a Halo 4 but if there is such a game it should have a different story or be a prequel to Halo: CE. The game should most definitely be set in the Halo universe though.

You know after beating Halo 3 today on heroic by myself i started thinking that they could always extend the series by making a prequel trilogy like you mentioned. Halo: CE basically started during the middle of the war. A prequel trilogy could tell us how the war started and get us to the point where Halo: CE begins.
Halo Wars isnt being done by Bungie so everyone can stop mentioning that one. And the end of Halo doesnt mean the end of Master Chief. Hes a character that will continue to be used, just maybe not in another Halo game. The universe is a big place. Im sure the covenant and flood arent the only things to worry about out there.
check it out bungie may not use master chief But we do still have the arbiter. i would like to know the arbiters story in the halo graphic novel. lol this time you'll have to fight the humans and the flood

i agree, but there are a lot of Halo fanboys who would choose another Halo game over getting laid, so Bungie will prob make another game, for the fanboys
i think they'll make 4 n that would b the last one cuz the ending was god but no one will ever no wat happen to MC n like that wuld b gay so there should b a 4th one
they won't call it Halo, but definitely something in this universe to carry on a seperate story. Also... the legendary ending??? If this was meant to be the final ending of the trilogy (like the LOTR trilogy) you would tie up ALL lose ends. The legendary ending is DEFINITELY a loose end. Why would they put that there if this was the very end!?
I think that bungie and microsoft are gonna keep making halo games until it stops making money, like several have said before, but I think the next one will probably be a prequel to the first, the Fall of Reach. There was a book written about it so they have the script and everything already for it. Just give it some time.
