2nd: if there is one it will msot likely be Marathon since it is suggedted Halo take place many years before Marathon. THere are also many similarities ot Master Chief and the main guy in Marathon along with the weapons. Plus the next halo game is Halo Chronoicles. It's not a sequel though. Bungie wants to take a break and try diffrent products before the continue Halo. So there the answer.
IMHO... Sure... just no plans currently in the works. Halo is such a cash cow, I'm looking forward to a Halo Revisited/Reborn/Revolution. Marathon & Halo Wars should tease your Halo 4 hunger, unless of course you want the FPS experience, then you'll have to wait, forever.
yeah there will be eventually another halo or marathon but bungie has already expressed not wanting to come back to it for awhile so dont expect anything anytime soon
I was thinking that Halo may be like Star Wars and have another trilogy, but set before the original trilogy. I think that Bungie (or whoever develops it) will have more to work with (storyline-wise) if they create some prequels.
Final level after all those credits the special ending are the going to make a 4th???????

There will be another Halo game, thats for sure (Besides Halo Wars, or Peter Jacksons Halo Project), but will it be made by Bungie, and when?... Thats the sort of questions you should be asking... And of course, there is no answer... Ask Bungie if they're going to make a Halo 4... I'm sure they'd just LOOOVE to hear from you.........
I think the Chief will be the main character in a new game series. I can't see them leaving the Halo ending like that unless they were planning something that was Halo4 or an new project.
