Why is everyone acting like they are too good for halo now or something?! Halo basically made xbox... and if you go online for halo 3 right now u'll see hundreds thousands people on the game at all time...
They're going to run out of money sooner or later which will make the need for a new Halo.
That depends if they finally make it good. Multiplayer was fun in 3... with 8 other friends in the room. Single player sucked. If they finally learn their mistakes and truly make Halo 4 great then I'll buy it.
i highly doubt they will end the legacy with just halo 3. and i still dont know why so many people complain about halo 3 because it was a great game. it gave you a single player that did finish the fight and was just as good as halo 1 or 2's single player and the multiplayer had plenty of new maps with a slew of new vehicles and slew of new weapons and tons of new powerups and tons of new features. the only complaint people have is that it wasnt amazing graphically, well get over it. halo 3 was a very good game and people just want to hate it because they want to hate whatever is the best out right now. its kinda like rooting for the giants just because you dont want to see the patriots win yet again. but i definitely think there will be another halo and im all for it, i just dont want it to be any time soon because im a little haloed out, along with a bunch of other people. resurrect him from cryogenic sleeping next gen.
It would definitely be as big a hit and money maker as 3. No doubt it would be just as amazing or better than Halo 3. Only problem is getting them to make it...
what would they do in Halo 4? They finished the story, and the game play was exactly the same in Halo 2 and 3. A halo 4 would have gameplay just like Halo 3, and there'd be no good storyline. I hope they don't release another.

I don't like it cuz it's just like halo 2. Except with the assault rifle instead of smg. Nothing special at all.
There is going to be one but bungie wont be making it :( apparently there are still 3 other spartans left alive so It'll probably be about them, i think that even with masterchief's wide range of emotions they shouldnt use him as the main character in the next one
