halo ce anniversery does not have competitive online multiplayer

This is going to be like Halo ODST. This game will come with the remake of halo ce on one disk. Then there will be a 2nd disk with halo reach multiplayer and the 7 classic Halo CE maps.

Wait why would I buy it then? I'm not buying it then. Now it's the exact same thing as the first but better graphics. Online multiplayer is something the original didn't have. And this one won't either.

Because they don't want to split the player base of Reach. It would be nice to have an option in Reach to play as classic Halo.

So basically they are saying play it at home with friends. They should still have the opition of Multiplayer.

Wait, I'm still confused. The new remake will have the campaign and online co-op, but not the mutliplayer feature with the rest of the maps? Then what are the new seven maps for anyway? Cause that sounds like an exclusive mutilplayer feature to me.

This is exactly it. When you release a game every year the player base becomes fragmented like in COD. I think they should add a Halo CE playlist as well to keep all their players in the same area with the option of playing the old maps.

Theres a Halo: CE playlist in Reach already but Im shocked the anniversery edition doesnt include a full rendition of it for online.

You guys sound very confused. The game comes with 2 disks probably. They are adding 7 new maps to the old halo reach maps.

Microsoft is in control of how to profit off the games or DLC not the developer. part of reason why Bungie was happy to leave MS
