Halo Reach Bonus Guaranteed?

If I pre-order Halo Reach, will I be guaranteed these items:

Like if I pre-order it tomorrow? Or will there be only a 50% chance that I will get it? Because it says, "While supplies last."

Oh. So if I pre-ordered it, there is a chance that they will end up charging me the massive amounts of money and not giving me the bonus items? Because I am pre-ordering the Legendary Edition.

Wait, so all of those armour variants, for the normal Reach, Limited Edition Reach, AND Legendary Reach are not like Crackdown 2? Because for Crackdown 2, I totally got ripped off, but it was at Best Buy, so I am still giving Gamestop a chance. For Crackdown 2, they said the codes were "outside" the box AFTER I had already paid the "lay-away" and was already picking up the game in the store. Sorry if I am asking a repetitive question, because that is not my aim. I am just trying to be 100% sure before I spend my money on a pre-order (have to use my parent's credit card vs just paying cash and buying it myself if it was already released). Especially a pre-order like a Halo Legendary Edition. =P

Yes. That is what I am referring to. But the thing is, I am not waiting until the last weeks. I would like to pre-order tomorrow. I just want to make sure that if I pre-order "tomorrow" though, that I am not in the back of the list, and that my chances at the code are not below 100%. Because seriously, the sole reason for me pre-ordering this game, instead of waiting for 6 months (I am going on to McGill on August 23rd, and will not come back until January 1st), is the bonus items.
