Halo: Reach forge and theater?

Does anybody know if Halo: Reach is going to have Forge and theater, or has that information been released yet? To me it seems like it would be a step back if its not included.

Yes it will have all of that, they might have some added features to those but they will have forge and theatreSniping_Crowbar

forge was not confirmed in Halo reach. in the IGN video bungie said they couldnt talk about it at this time
