halo reach reset?! respond asap

hey guys i need help, i logged in on 9/25/10 and it said hello welcome to halo reach and it said i needed to pick my armor and colors and emblems again?! i was like wtf, so i picked it and evereything was fine... 2 days later i went to go finish my campaign and i found that all my campaign crap was reset, my levels everything, i can only pick the first level and i have already completed the campaign on legendary co-op and i need to beat it on single player and i was on the 7th level of campaign. is there any way to talk to a bungie tech support guy? if so please give me the link to, thanks

never had an issue at all with my character being reset.

hey man, dont feel bad the same thing happened to me too. It kept all the armor I bought but changed the way my character looked, and I Couldnt play the later levels I had to start from the beginning too. It sucks too because I had beaten like 4 of the levels on legendary by myself and now I dont remember which ones I did it on. I have no idea why it happened, and no idea how to fix it I just said screw it and am playing it again. Let me know if and how u fix it ok?

I've heard of this happening try using google to find your answer.
