Now this isn't really for the 360, but hell it is Halo.

Recently (today) i picked up Halo - Interactive Strategy Game at a Walmart decided to tell people that there is a Halo based board game and wanted to see if anyone else has it...

If you don't know what the hell I am talking about at all go here to find out about it. Now if that link doesn't work (if i didn't do it right) just go here http://kotaku.com/5021629/halo-gets-the-board-game-treatment

The game (to me) is similiar (haven't ACTUALLY played it yet, but the look and reading the manual and all) or seems similiar to Hero's Quest. The only difference i can really tell between the two (without actually playing it) is that yes this is Halo and that is Fantasy, but also that you can customize your own board (HeroScape sty.le just with less pieces) and that this comes with an interactive DVD which you can use through the 3 pre-made campaign missions (it depicts battles and what not using Halo 3).

So this is just to let you know (and if you say this news it old i already know that it was announced a month or much longer, but to be honest there isn't a lot of info on the product) and to get feedback on it from people who bought it or what not.

Heh... i've been itching for a board game lately (that i actually want... not something like uno or another monopoly), but the Starcraft and World of Warcraft board games are so da** expensive (or atleast from the one store i've gone to that has them... SC was $90 and WoW was $80....... this was $40...

Oh and i've also been looking for strategy/more of a role-playing feel game hence the reason i am looking at games such as this or SC or WoW (I am also looking at games like Risk and what not).....

Yeah thats the problem..... You need people for Risk. I got a new risk (lot too many peoples on the old one... and we may have sold it i don't know) for christmas (2007) and haven't played it yet. Me and my parents don't do much in terms of board game playing (siblings moved out.....) and i don't know anyone who really plays much in terms of board games.

... Why do i have to like board games!!!!!!!!

Anyway i guess i will try to enjoy the board game once i play it...... eventually.... Atleast I KNOW i will play this one soon.

I have the classic risk, not that new futuristic techno cyberpunk one. but yeah you need at least 4 people for the true risk experience.

Well its a the classic version, but yeah i had seen the 20** (some number), transformers, and LOTR, but i went with the classic one because i know that rule set and don't feel like learning the new ones.

Huh... It's like an anime convention. I like to watch people play D&D for about 5 minutes and then i get bored. Plus i'd loose all the pieces.

I'm too damn lazy. I'm waiting for Halo Wars.
