I saw that on youtube also that would be bad ass if it were on GH2 maybe as a downloadable song in the future. He most likely has a modded ps2 and put that on there. It's not real because the song still plays smoothly even though he misses notes

It requires a modded console in order to hack the game and create your own songs, It's really hard to make your own songs though, and I think its only for the ps2 version.
