is there any one out there who thinks halo 3 will not win the goty award if so wat game will

my vote goes to assassins creed or maybe mass effect

i say assassins creed and mass effect because they both are new ideas, new stories, new gameplay,

think about it there is only so much u can add to a game and sometimes adding things will not even make it better

I'm looking forward to Halo as much as the next person, but I wouldn't be surprised if it didn't win Game of the Year.

Just like the movies that hold/break the box office records (Spider-man 3) don't always get the Oscar for best picture.

Halo 3 will probably break a lot of sales records, and it will probably be a great game. I just don't think you can say that it is the game of the year for selling the most copies, when there are other games, that either have or haven't come out yet that will bring more to the table. Because lets face it.. Halo 3 isn't going to be revolutionizing any gaming concepts, it's going to be the same gameplay that all Halo players have come to love.
