The beta was really boring IMO, plus I'm way better at Gears than Halo...so....Gears.

two very different on line experiences if you ask me.

I prefer playing halo 3 on line...love the ease of it, the tight gameplay and balanced weapons. Sure, its a lot of jumping around and shooting, but its fun and halo can be taticle when large team matches are played. I can't wait for 9-25 to be honest.

I like both, im hella good at Gears, and i kinda suck at Halo.

Ill probably play Halo because its more of a party game like Smash Bros imo

i picked halo3. I could play a hundred matches and have a different experience in each one. theres more than just slayer people! even in slayer theres differnt matches, team ball, vip ,king of the hill...ect. I dont jump around! i kill those idiots!

gears has like 5 weapons! (two of them you start with!). everyone plays just for the achievments for each weapon, if it wasnt for that everyone would just use the shot gun. Trying to team up in a ranked match is hard. IMO its fun but its also a simple game. ill be playing more of it once the beta is over.

i dont know if you have noticed but halo does lag..people use glitches in halo too. we all know gears' flaws. and we all know halos flaws. but the question is which has better online. one simple click is all you need to do instead of coming on here and flaming a game that you probably have no skill at and would like a game where you run around bunnyhopping

Gears - Gridlock, Clocktower, Canals, Fuel depot

SnowBound, High Ground, and Valhalla just arent one of those maps
