Halo3 takes no skill

Anybody can be good at the game. If you pit a four year old against a veteran gamer the 4 year old has a 50% chance of winning. The game takes no skill. That's why I gave up, not because I suck and can't get past level 40 in lone wolves. I play CoD4 now, now that game takes skill. You should see me look at the radar... I can tell where the dots are faster than any other.

yo man i couldn't agree more, halo is like a mess around kina game, but other ppl take it so serious, there is so much fun stuff u can do in halo other than playing the game, which isn't super good lol

It does take a small amount of skill.

I think of myself as good, not great but not terrible either (Unless I just woke up :P)

Stating that any shooter takes no skill is just stupid. You could make a case that the combat dynamics of Call of Duty 4 allow for a greater range of expertise than Halo 3.

Halo 3 is made for two-year-olds? What, with all the cell shading, cute anime characters, and the playful, non-competitive environment? How is Halo 3 meant for children? Based on previous posts, half the people on this forum don't even think teenagers should be allowed to play "M" rated games, but you think Halo is for little kids? What kind of sense does that make?

I guess you're really saying that "COD4 is much more realistic," which still makes absolutely no sense. Halo's f***ing science fiction! Of course Call of Duty looks more realistic because it's set in the present day! Jesus Christ, do you dislike Star Wars and The Lord of the Rings too because Blackhawk Down looks more "realistic"?
