The other 360 will have to be connected to Xbox Live if you want to use stuff you've bought like arcade games and gamerpics/themes.

If the arcade games are used on a different 360 and it isn't connected to Live your full games that you've paid good money for will now become trial games. Premium content is tied to the profile and Xbox 360 used to purchase it.

This whole process stinks. Even Sony isn't as controlling with premium content bought from the Playstation store.

If you're looking for something to take with you a memory card might be better. Hard drives can be moved to a different Xbox, but it is best to be left on the one it came with if at all possible.
