Hard drives for the old xbox 360

Were the hard drives for the old xbox 360 discontinued? I finally got tired of my 20g one, but I can't fine larger hard drives anywhere.

I checked there and some other canadain online places, but they all say "no stock". Then I checked amazon.com and its available... maybe its just not available in canada any more. :(

even on Amazon they're still expensive, depends on what you want though, a 250GB one goes for like $135, sucks because even the Slim ones are cheaper, man I need one myself because my XBLA games are taking up too much damn space
