Not really hard but takes sometime Forza 2,I could get all the achievements but just need to put some time in. But i think the game that has the hardest achievements is Call of duty 4 i beat it on veteran and beat the mile high club a month ago but was extremely hard.
Any achievement that requires you to get an insane amount of kills in multiplayer. One that comes to mind is an achievement in BF: Bad Company that wants you to get 10002 kills.
Mass Effect has a set that requires a crap amount of time. The orange box has 99 achievements that take forever and the portal aperture science achievement is ridiculously hard. Devil May cry has hard ones from what I hear. Too Human also has a few that are just frustrating and take forever. All cod games have a hard set because of their veteran difficulty
dmc4 is hard because you have to beat all 100 levels of the tower in one sitting and even if you have the unlimited forms thats not easya nd you have to beat the game in the hardest diffculty which isnt even unlocked at first and is impossible to beat.
My vote goes to this. This is the only game that has caused me to physically break something. I literally ripped the case in half, luckily the disk wasn't in it.
Vidmaster Challenge Annual: Beat the final mission on legendary, 4 people, with iron on.it wasnt extremely difficult but it just took a very look time and many tries. just because people kept leaving or fell off of their ghost. Or it was just hard in general haha

I found some of the rock band achievements being difficult to get compare to NG2 MNM achievement. Pretty sure for most people it's the other way around.
Some of the mp achievements on Halo 3 like Killimanjaro.
Left 4 Dead's Nothing Special.
theres no halo achievement with that name i think he means Killtacular or killing frenzy? cuz killtacular aint that hard, same with frenzy if you do it at the beginning.
I guess the one in Guitar Hero 3 for beating Through the Fire and the Flames on Expert, and Seriously 2.0, where you simply have to kill 10'000 enemies for a mere 50 GS. 3000 GS for both might be more reasonable.

could go either way i got killtacular in social so i think thats why i got it. im still yet to get the frenzy. i was one kill away like 5 times
the 2nd day i got xbl i went to lone wolves and achievement unlocked, this most probably cuz at the beginning its very easy, specially in guardian, get the shotgun, problem solved.

That was insanely easy. It didn't even seem hard, it was just fun having a crew of ghosts to tear through the level.
errrmmm the hardest one ive gone for is 90 or something hours of gameplay for 1 gamerscore but i heard bullet witch has one to complete it on hell mode which takes 900 hours of gameplay and thats for 1 gamerscore
It's basically, be at your 360 for 16hours straight, face RROD, sleepyness, bladder problems, rages and broken controllers (Because when you run out of health just because you couldn't find a cabbage and you were at the 11th hour, you're gonna turn into the Hulk)
I found them all to be pretty fun But the 5 and 7 day survivor ones were stupid.
Killtacular won't be that hard. Just wait for a game of Grifball in Sandbox. Pt in Prototype is REALLY hard. I haven't even gotten gold in all the events, and platinum will just be harder. Mongoose Mowdown in Halo is actually kind of hard. First off, you can only do it on either High Ground or Isolation, I believe, and it's pretty much like someone has to let you splatter them for you to get it.
There was one in Far Cry 2 in multiplayer you had to get a certain amount of kills with each weapon and a number of headshots...like 250...and the worst part is some weapons you would get booted because they were so cheap like the grenade launcher. It was impossible
Ninja Gaiden II, Devil May Cry 4 and there is one achievment named "I am Bad Company" that you need to get all of the trophies of the game, they are hard as hell most of the trophies are like achievements and there are like 130 trophies
