Hardest games to earn all achievements on?

Based on what I've played, Devil May Cry 4, Dead or Alive 4, and the first Saints Row would be extremely frustrating, even if some of the frustration is just from being time consuming... Saints Row I believe to be nearly impossible though. If not entirely impossible, one of my friends had told me several of the achievements were glitched. Not sure if that's accurate though.

For arcade games only Megaman 9 seems extremely difficult... at least for someone like me. Maybe Bionic Commando.

But I'm sure there's more than these games that would prove to be a huge pain. What do you think? =/

NBA Live 07. One of the achievements is to be online at the same time as 999 other people. As far as I know, that has never happened, despite organized attempts to do so.

FFXI.. and that's not an opinion it's a fact. It is by far the most time consuming and hardest.

Go and look at the achievement list and details. Not the hardest game to 1000 point on, but I would say top 10. I guess F.E.A.R.2 is a lot more forgiving on APs.

Even though it's an arcade game, I'm gonna have to go with Smash TV.

Final Fantasy XI You have to max out all classes, complete all missions for all three cities, complete all expansion quests, raise a craft to 100, and contain a obtain relic weapon in an online dying FFXI community.gr8scott

The veteran achievements in COD:WAW are pretty hard. I don't know about the hardest though.bcjkdem

Battlefield Bad Company, gaining ALL online awards. nearly impossible seeing as some awards are nearly impossible to get. less than 50 people have it and quite a few are game saveschaoscougar1

ninja gaiden 2 simply because you have 5 seperate achievements for beating the game using only 1 of the various weapons. therefore, you have to play through the game 5 seperate times, each time using only one of those weapons, in order to get all the achievements. top that off with an achievement for beating it on all the difficulties and you're going to be playing through ninja gaiden 2 for the rest of your life in order to get all of them. and master ninja, the hardest difficulty, is no joke. i give props to people who can beat the game on that difficulty without crying

Also Tony Hawk Project 8, you have to be an expert to beat it first of all and then doing like everything on was very very very hard. I gave up on that game cause it was so hard. raylewisnfl52

Guitar Hero 3 had the worst achievements. Call of Duty 2 on Veteran was rediculously tough. And in Burnout Revenge was pretty impossible to win all events.

I would say that Call of Duty 4 and World at War are really hard to get the acheivments on.

You have to complete the missions on veteran which is pretty hard but also no one wants to take a break from multiplayer.

FFXI. Enough said.

My friend has done it for 10 different accounts already.

I haven't seen anyone get 1000, let alone 500 in FFXI yet.

Defenetly Devil May Cry 4, that game was extremely hard to get all the achievements like get S rank on all missions on hardest difficulty or complete all bloody palaceBl4ck_hawk

Either:

• Ninja Gaiden 2- hard game+clear the game with each weapon individually
• Guitar Hero 3- lots of achievements, really hard aswell.
• Far Cry 2- pretty hard to get the full 1000, lots of online achievements.

What??

Are you kidding me? Bioshock was, well, easy (if only because it was so damn fun). Even the Brass Balls achievement was easy. To say that was hard when according to you the Mile High Club wasn't just doesn't make sense.

Definitely Devil May Cry 4, the achievements on that game are hard as a b*** to get unless you're really amazing at DMC games.

Some games demand that you climb to the top of the leaderboard for an achievement. That's pretty ridiculous. I've heard people claim on this forum that EA shut down the servers to some of its old sports games, making it impossible to get multiplayer achievements.

Short version:
All these games sound nearly impossible... except the CoD ones,I think those just take patience. I remember on CoD2 there was some level where you got ambushed, and you were stuck in a fairly narrow alley with people shooting down at you off the tops of the buildings you were between... also I believe there were people at either end of the alley. It took me forever to get past that bit...

I found another game to add to my old list, which is Hitman: Blood Money. It looks extremely hard. :(
