Anybody know if I buy a headset adapter like this:http://www.ecrater.com/product.php?pid=5310325; will it work with a Razer headset? This Razer headset to be exact:http://www.razerzone.com/gaming-audio/razer-carcharias/.

That headset wouldn't work the way that you would expect. It seems that this particular headset outputs the actual sound from the game. The Xbox headsets don't do that. The headsets plug into the controller and are just for voice chat or in game chat. The actual game audio is not sent through the controller or headset. The Xbox headsets are just like cell phone headsets with 2.5mm jacks. In fact, you could plug in a cell phone headset into a 360 controller and that should work.

Another note: If you were to get that adapter and plug in that headset that you posted, you will probably hear the chat audio, but of course you wouldn't hear the game audio. You would be covering both of your ears, so you wouldn't be able to hear the audio from your normal speakers or TV speakers.
