Harvest Little Sisters or Rescue them

I have been playing Bioshock for well over 20 hours and I am at the part where I have become a BIG DADDY. A lot of people who I have seen said that they have already played through the gameand I really dont see how unless they have been playing it non stopis it because I rescued the little sisters instead of harvesting them ot what!!!!

Very much so! And assuming I hadn't sent Bioshock back I'd think I could have beatin it about 3 times by now. I only played through it once. I didn't see the massive replayability that others did.
