Has anyone else gotten tired of black ops... Cause i sure did..

I have ot say blaco ops just wasnt doing it for me... It didnt have me as stuck as modern warfare2 did... i sold it for 40 bucks and put it down on battlefield 3... Just want to know if anyone feels the same...

Same here... Battlefieldis a much better game... even though it was out way before black ops..

I'm sick of Black Ops. It didn't pull me in as much as COD4 or MW2.

There are a ton of threads about this. I wonder if Activi$ion will get the hint... No one wants to buy a copy of the same game year after year with the only changes being made to it are the time lines and a few different weapons.

But anyway, I do know a lot of my friends and people on my friendslist have switched to Bad Company 2, which is surprising (Well not, really considering how good BC 2 is and how BO is MW2 reskinned) considering they spend 25+ days of gametime in MW2's multiplayer, but with Black Ops they only spent something like 10 - 12 days. I recently borrowed the game so I can see their playtimes (because after MW2 I refuse to buy another Call of Duty this generation of consoles).

Its weird I had battlefieldBC2 before I got black ops. But I am still playing BC2 ALOT more.AutoPilotOn

After a fair while, i went back to BC2 and still play it today. i got BO day 1 and played the hell out of it for about 2 months. Hit lvl 50 and just got bored. An FPS i've really been looking forward to is BRINK. it's probably the most refreshing game i've seen in the FPS genre in a long long time. if you haven't already heard of it, i recommend having a look at some of the vids here on gamespot.

In all seriousness though. I don't see how you could like CoD over BC2, CoD is quite terrible in my opinion.

I guess I'm the opposite. I love the game, but I played it so much that I just got burnt out. The map packs do seem a bit expensive though. I want to try Homefront, but there's no demo.

homefront is pretty well dead. it was fun for 2 weeks playing with a friend but it grew old fast

i actually find black ops really enjoyable....the campaign was wonderful and i still do missions over and over. i always like to play nazi zombies, whether online or with a friend and the online is sooo much fun with the maps, new introduced killstreaks and online game content

really??!! i thought the missions absolutely sucked. the story its self was great. the best thing about the game. i tried to replay a few missions and without the next part of the story opening up to make me want to keep going, it was just boring. i had more fun playing MW(1) missions over. as for zombies- didn't like it in WaW and don't like it in BO. i like tactical, not running around screaming into your mic, trying to shoot the heads off zombies (as fun as that does sound on paper)

Got bored of it the day BFBC:Vietnam came out. but after a many month hiatus, started playing it again, and I am enjoying it a lot.

Why is this days old thread still going, i always see it in the most recent threads but it never seems to get bigger.

yes. black ops just isn't as fun as modern warfare 2, even if it is more balanced. with modern warfare 2, you could make a class to just mess around with. for instance, the riot shield. nothing in black ops is as fun as using the riot shield.
