Just make sure it's lubed up enough, then slowly pull out.

LOL. It would only sound likely if someone had RROD, and took it apart, placed allthe internal parts of a RR'ed 360, took it back to the store saying that they dont want that machine anymore, and they never opened it (had to have a full reciept of purchase). I saw a youtube video of someone doing that. So i guess it could happen, but highly unlikely. The RROD problem is not as big as it was, and it is all your luck of the draw really. Ive heard of people going through like 5 Xbox's, and ive only had the one that i bout in Aug. 2006, and it works just as good as it ever has.
