I'm almost 100% done with the game now. It's way to short. Alot of the areas in the game are left out of the main quest. So to really see them you have to want to or at least try to find some serpent shrines.
Game feels like it was rushed before they could fully finish it. Just feels like there should have been more and the world bigger. Heck the snow level is so small it consists mainly of a road.
I still love this game. If the map is anything to go by, it looks like they might make a sequel. I just don't feel $60 is what this game should have been. $50 would have been more reasonable.
As someone who didn't think much of the game before the demo came out, I was suprised by the game. The creativity and overall theme was awesome. The characters were out of this world and thought it was a very fun demo and was completly surprised. I downloaded the demo because I wanted somethink different and unique and I really got that.
i bought it yesterday, just came out in denmark, i am about 45% completed, and i must say that i absolutely love it! i am a full on metal-head, so the characters in the game blow me away.
the feel of the landscapes is just right, granted, a bit over the top sometimes, but still.. heavy-cover-art-ish.
stage battles are actually fun, i groaned when i read about the "rts" aspect of the game, but plowing dudes while your army is tearing it up is really really satisfying.
oh, one more thing: DECAPITATIOOOOOON!!!!
I am wondering this as well.I'm really interested in how the multiplayer is. I've heard its good. But is it addictive? Do y'all think its going to be a large part of the reason to play the game?

It's a masterpiece. Sooo much more deeper than I could've imagined. The best story, acting, and characters of 2009.
i love this game, im doing everything and im out 98% complete, then im going back to play it again. if you love metal and comedy then it has tons of replay value. beats batman as the best game iv played this year
Easily the best game that has come out so far this year. I love it and don't want it to end but sadly I'm almost finished with it. After I beat it I will try out the multiplayer.
Check out Tenacious D The Pick of Destiny too. It's one of my all time favorite comedies. I think I've watched it about twelve times.x-2tha-zJust twelve times? I've seen it around fifty times and I still laugh until my sides hurt. I remember watching it at midnight when it first came out that was an awesome day!
There are so many things about Brutal Legend that "rock", it's hard to explain. I would defiantly recommend it to anyone; it would be a mistake to pass it up. For the average player though, don't start on the hardest difficulty. The later stage-battles might be a little tedious for some.:) The game play is awesome, and the soundtrack is one of the best I've ever came across. There's also a pretty decent story to boot!
