Has anyone's 360 not broken?

There is lots of posts on this board about this already. Alot.

But yes, mine is fine since launch.

I got 2 at launch (one for me, one for the kids) and an Elite when it came out. Ive never had a single problem with any of them, ever. And theyre setup like this.......

My 360 has never had any problems.

I just sit it there not standing up with a Intercooler fan.

Worked perfect for about a year.

Mine works fine and has since launch but there are problems with the console. If I were anyone getting a new one I would for sure get the warrenty with it even though I say it should come with a 1 year warranty at least, nintendo and sony has got longer warrenty for their consoles.barnthepirate

What..... the xbox 360 comes with a 1yr warranty standard...plus they also have 3 yrs from date of youbought it for 3 red lights.

My 360 has never had any problems.

My first one lasted 2 months over a year.. i hope yours doesnt mess up man ):

standing straight up with about 5 inches of space on each side. had it since march and no problems, except prey froze every so often but i think that was a game specific error.

holy hell that guy above has 45000 gamer points.......

Had mine since like January 15th of this year. No problems. I keep mine horizontal with none of the wires actually touching my system.

Mine is horizontal on a large wire cabinet divider so that it is well ventilated

My 360 is 1 year old and no problems till now!!!

I keep hanging its position so that wont count !!!

and i dont really know some one whose 360 broke!!!(but i only know about 10 360 users personally!!!)

WOW... What a waste of money!

lol what I'm doing is taking proper care of my electronics. It's horizontal on a hard, flat surface with plenty of ventilation. I don't move it when it's reading a disk, don't mod or hack the system, and I keep it relatively free of dust.

Had it since launch, and it works fine now. Though, mine has gotten so hot that games's framerate has gotten lower than its supposed to be. In games like pdz where the framerate probably isn't 30 already, it makes the game completely unplayable.

*Oh, and its horizontal on a really tall speaker. Its also about 2 feet away from any wall at that. Exactly why most peoples 360s bust, is because they are somewhat enclosed even if you don't think so. And I won't play it for more than 10 hours at a time just from me being scared it'll give me the 3 lights of death*

Had mine since feb 2006. No problems at all. Stored horisontally in a open cabinet under my tv. It has some room to breathe but not very much. Guess I got lucky. Strange thing is none of my who has had their 360's just as long as me has had any problems either. But then again I rarely play more than a few hours at a time.

Mine works fine I had the rings of death once and I didnt have my cooling fan plugged in so i plgged it in and it was fine so get one! Mine is horizontal with the cooling fan and in my cool basement so i dont have to worry about any problems!

I'v had mine since nov 2006 and have had no major problems.

Its standing up vertical in an open vented area (although it is sucking up my alread "warm air" from all the electronics turned on inmy roomto "cool" itoff)

My advice is to not play any longer than 5 hours at a time (you shouldn't be anyway), keep it in a good vetilated area, run the AC more often if possible (don't worry about the electric bill in the summer, your xbox360 will keep you warm all winter). Treat it good and it should keep you warm for many winters to come.
