Have I been banned??

Have I been banned from xbox live because I am now getting a message saying message could nt be sent for 1 hour now as I have been constanly having a go at players and trash talking or have I just been banned from messaging for a few days. i really need to know A.S.A.P.

well you get no sympathy from me , if you were in deed trash talking , , thats why your banned if you are , and if not i surely hope i dont play against ya,

i put those people on the bad list or should i say avoided player list ,

better be good this yr or youll end up on my list if you arent there already

its not that I cant send messages to anyone I can only recieve them whats happened.

trash talking wont get you banned, but modding your 360 (gamertag, gamerscore, etc.) will get you banned

well heres hoping its one step from messege suspension to total console ban ... tis people like you that cause many otherplayers just not to bother with their mics full stop, which makes quite a few online games very difficult to play sometimes

Youre the type no one actually wants to see on live, hence most of us dont care :P

when your banned you get a message when you sign in saying your banned until a certain date.

EDIT: you can't be banned from messaging. if you send messages that microsoft thinks you shouldn't be sending they ban your account.

So Microsoft sent you a message stating:

"Your message cannot be sent for 1 hour as you are constantly having a go at players and trash talking."?

If you have been trash talking then you deserve to be banned, however that is a rather strange notification...

Its doing it again message could not be sent does that mean they are ready to ban me.

if you are doing it from your computer and you are silver then it wont let you send messages, but you can do it from your console, but who knows maybe this person has your communications blocked

no am talking about I cant even send messages to my brother or anyone and I aint recieveing any why havnt I got an email saying I have been banned am going to check now

I can invite people to parites and Join games and host them just not send voice messages or picture messages or text messages.

its also saying download information could not be complete then it comes up with an Error code whats happening
