I've given up on my worst game x-men official game ,wolverine fully evolved, sabertooth in superhero mode is immpossible for me (and all my friends who i've suckered into trying him)
Does it count as giving up, if you never tried? (Graw Leaderboard postion 1 achievement, stupid...) Most of the DoA ones, and some GoW ones (50 ranked hosted)
I could never get the survive 500,000, or a million for that matter, achievement in Geometry Wars. I get to a million most of the time, but I can never get there without losing a life.
Almost all of Battlefield's achievements, most of PGR3's achievements and alot of online achievements that require you to play thousands of games...call of duty/splinter cell....etc
Theres only one achievement that i gave up on and will probably never try again, and that Zombie Genocide. I Really want the Mega Buster but after an hour of driving in tunnels i realized that in doing so i was ruining the game for myself. Which is something i really dont want to do.

Same except I can't get to 250,000 without losing a life. I've not given up but I might soon it's driving me nuts!
I got fight night round 3 last night .... played it for an hour and half .... doubt I will play much more of it ... just didn't seem how i remembered it from last gen
Find 500 agility orbs in Crackdown, I have two left and have searched the whole game for them. Maybe even 'Seriously...' in GeoW but I haven't really tried to get it yet.
I gave up on the impossible trying to Shag these two Korean twins who were in school with me (at the same time) Nicola and Natasha Tsen gorgeous girls. Bedded Nicola on many occasions almost succeded with the twins one night BUT acheivment failed. :(
Mine was the one that you are awarded with when you beat R6: Vegas on Realistic. It just got too hard :( xxcommixx
Achievements which I wanted to get but failed to do it: 10K kills in GRAW, play 8 hours straight in GRAW, oh and the little dandy thing Nr. 1 world player in GRAW:P
