have you gotten your codes for Alan Wake or Dark Souls yet?

So, as a pre-order incentive for buying these games digitally, or even just as an incentive for early buying Dark Souls 3 or Quantum Break after their releases, the BC codes for Dark Souls and Alan Wake for XBO were offered as an incentive. I verified with MS support that in fact they were going to offer the codes to people who didn't pre-order as well and that codes would be given out (via Xbox account messaging) within 7-10 days of purchase, this is for both games, they just didn't heavily advertise it (probably trying to twist peoples arms into pre-ordering).

Well, it's been 12 days and still no code for Alan Wake for my purchase of Quantum Break. I haven't received anything for Dark Souls either, but I'm not out of the window there, but I suspect results will be the same. Anybody else having issues there?

Did anybody get this game physically? Did the codes come in the box? Or did participating retailers print the code on the receipt like some retailers do for pre-order DLC?

I bought Quantum Break on disk without a pre-order, and with it came codes for Alan Wake and the Signal & Writer DLC's. I also got a code for Alan Wake American Nightmare XBLA game. The codes came on 2 cards.

Just so you know I'm from Australia, so I'm not sure how the rest of the world handles it.

@lamprey263: I preordered the 3rd of April. Was billed April 4th at 1:13am. I still haven't received my codes. I'm so fed up. I had Alan Wake glitch on me on 360 so I got screwed out of some cheevos. Was really itching to play it again. And I can't, because for why ever reason damn Microsoft can send me/us 3 simple codes. We were guaranteed at launch, then they messed up and said 7-10 days now we're almost 14 days out. Absolutely ridiculous.

I bought Alan Wake over a month ago digital pre-order, code was sent to me less than a week later.

I have not got my PC code yet for QB yet though.
