Having weird problem with xbox 360

screen keep freezing for some reason I try restarting the 360 even the screen froze at start screen, this issue happen randomly but no red light or anything just screen keep freezing is there way to fix this? or i have send in the xbox 360 microsoft?

Your Xbox360 is broken. You have to send it in. Its properly not fixable so your basically screwed!

Did you buy it brand new, sealed in a the box, all components in sealed bags and not opened? If so, it's just a faulty machine. If you bought it used, contact the seller... which probably won't help much because if the seller intended to send you a damaged unit, you're screwed.

it didnt came with original xbox 360 box or anything the item was used i bought. the person i bought it from only sells video games items mostly.

I just had a used one repaired myself. Call 18004myxbox and register it in your name. If it's registered in someone elses name they'll still change it to yours but first they'll run a check to see if it's stolen. There required to do that. But the main question to ask is....is the warranty sticker still in place?

Well i got reply from the seller from ebay said He can replace the xbox 360 with another one or refund. what should do i get refund or replace? I think i should get the refund because in second xbox 360 arrive faulty system Not going to pay another shipping fee for nothing.
