Haze looks AMAZING!!! (screens inside) i'm definitely adding to my wishlist!

this game looks incredible! i had doubts about it until i saw some of the screenshots!

the graphix look incredible and as soon as i read the storyline i added it to my wishlist! what do u guys think about it?

Haze really does look like a very graphical game. The game looks very very pretty, hopefully this hasn't affected the gameplay or the plot too much. Looks like it's #1 contender for the Crysis engine though as this I don't think is available for the XBOX 360.

LOl, its nowhere near crysis, although to play crysis you're going to need a pimped out pc.

I wasn't saying that I liked the game just because it was pretty. I was merely pointing out the fact that it is a good looking game compared to what we've seen so far.

Crysis is gonna absolutly rock, only problem is it is gonna need a beast of a system in order to run it at any half decent detail. It's a shame that the 360 won't be getting Crysis, but it's a DirectX 10 game and 360 can only do DirectX 9.0 as far as I'm aware.

I think this game is timed exclusive and the 360 is getting ti a few months after PS3. However, I'm not too excited for it just because there are so many other games I was alerady looking forward to.GuitarsOfWarr

thats a good thing imho! there are too many great games coming out for the 360 later on in the year and as more and more start to interest me others have to be dropped cuz i only have so much money...

with a release around the time that Star Wars: the Force Unleashed or Unreal Tournament III then i'd definitely pick it up... even later on around Fallout 3 just not 2007 is all i'm hoping.

Oh right, I didn't know that. To be honest, the only game I was interested in from E3 was Assassin's Creed, so I haven't really looked in to any other E3 stuff that much. That'd be awesome if they could get it playing on the 360 though.

neither do i !!! i was simply attracted to the game cuz of the jaw dropping graphix... what really hooked me was the little review summary paragraph about the GAMEPLAY!

i have to play it to rate it but for now i predict a 8.5+ because graphix are a major element in overall ratings here on GameSpot.

actually very very wrong the CryEngine 2 will be available for pc (direct x10), and the xbox360 and ps3 as well, that came from cryteks very own mouth.

as far as crysis itself goes, EA and Crytek both stated that a version of crysis, (definately not the same game) but a version of it will hit the consoles at a later date.

I have no faith in this game... they should release it during the game drought next summer and i may give it a shot.

Yup, id even rather have Resistance Fall Of Man, or Killzone 2.

The problem with Haze imo is it really lacks artstyle, the art in this game is so weak and the characters, scenery ect. just doesnt looks interesting at all.However gameplay can change it around but I doubt looking at the gamepaly videos, this game will come and go.OoSuperMarioO

I agree with this. The graphics look good, but everything looks very dull. If they were going to do a jungle envirement they should have taken bits of art from games like farcry which have much prettier envirements from an artistic point of veiw. Hell even MGS3s junglelooks better.

LOL, no. HL2 came out in 04 and creams this. The graphics don't look that good. I would say they are fine, the screens look terrible but the videos look better.

i see where u guys are getting confused. Haze is still questionable to be coming out for the 360 or the PC and the releases dates just dropped back down to TBA but its not totally a PS3 exclusive just yet. check some of these sites for info:

its not a confirmed PS3 exclusive just yet the 360 version is said to come out some time in 2008 (to help out games like UT III) and the PS3 version is definitely coming out Nov. 07 its only a exclusive for this year.

rrrr why would it cost thousands to play. if you bought a computer today for 400 bucks it would be able to run it. not at max but you would be able to run it. my pc that i just upgraded for 600 bucks will be able to play it at max... so... again. why would it cost thousands to play?

gears cost you more thana thousand to play. system, game, online, tv, surround sound.

i wish poeple would stop bringing cost into gaming. if you are a cheap skate then dont game anymore becuase it is nota cheap hobby.
