Hello, I am an IDIOT, can I sue Microsoft for my stupidity?

So, I was watching tv and decided to turn my 360 on and start up a game, but I was too lazy to switch to the tv input my xbox was using, so I just pressed the buttons on my controller that I thought would get the game started and loaded up...

But when I switched from the TV to my Xbox 360 input, I saw that I actually ended up in the avatar marketplace and... I accidentally added 5,000 microsoft points to my account v_v

I now have no money to feed my family! Can I sue Microsoft?

I'm sure there's someone out there that will help you try.

You can't sue them for something you did by accident.

lawlasauris, suing Microsoft would cost more money than buying the MCpoints by "accident". Also if you only have 60 bucks to feed your "family" I think you should be looking for a new job/or just a job in general plus move into your parents house where its free food.
