Hello! Yesterday, when I started up my Xbox360 the screen looked completely screwed up! Instead of the usual colour that was green, it was light blue and the picture was completely messed up, I don't know how to explain it. It looked like the screen was completely crashed. Anyway there was still picture on the TV. I turned it off and turned it on again, and it started just normally again and it hasn't happened since.

Now I really want to know what this could be, but please don't jump to any conclusion, unless you are pretty sure. I asked around and I've been told that the Xbox360 can make a glitch and start up wrong, and that it is completely normal, that this happens sometimes. Thats what the people told me, from the place I bought it. But this is the first time it happened to me. About two weeks ago it started up with no picture but sound and I turned it off and turned it on again and it started up normally.

Now I really need a seriously reply to this, what it could be. Please don't come with remarks like, you're Xbox360 is fried or anything like that. I would really appreciate a seriously reply. Thanks!

Sorry about bad grammar, but english is not my first language.

It sounds like what happens when you put the video inputs in the wrong slot...(stupid green and blue! don't they know it's dark behind my tv?!) but if you just turned it off and on then I don't know what to tell you

I've had this happen a few times, but it was before I sent my 360 in for the RROD repairs. It would turn a pinkish hue and it would be crammed into the upper left corner of my TV, occupying maybe a 1'x1' section of the screen. I have a 32" screen so it looked really crazy. The second time it did it, it looked almost exactly the same except it had static in it. About a month later, RROD!

i had the same problems about 6 months ago. it would do it every couple of days. I unplugged my video cables and plugged them back in. worked fine after that. i wouldnt worry too much abut it, unless it becomes a major problem you cant fix yourself. then call microsoft.

i've only encountered this issue once and it was because the video cable wasn't plugged in.
