call in support, a chopper or something like that, but first u need 8 kills without dying... or was it seven? either way, bomb those talibans! (could've been more serious but the obvious thing is to call ms support, you've been screwed, they shouldn't even be touching ur harddrive).

Actually, no need to ring MS. It's something that just happens when you give your Xbox to MS, but you have to be online when you play the games, and you have to re-download them. You cant play them offline now though.

No, your downloadable content (arcade games, movies, TV shows) are tied to both your Xbox Live account and the serial number of the console that you downloaded it to. This is to combat piracy. You can't copy your games or (payed for) videos to a friend's Xbox and let them have the full version for free. If you had to send in your console for repairs you will receive a different, refurbished console with a different serial number. Because of that, the only other way that you can verify that you are the one who downloaded the game is to be signed in to Xbox live under that account while playing the game. So no more playing full versions offline. Deleting and re-downloading them to your new console doesn't make a difference. Believe me, I've tried.
