Yeah so I was playing and on the 3rd day I had a cut scene were a girl was locked in a box and there are a bunch of guys in yellow coats and green masks.  I was playing and I was able to free the girl but I didn't save because it messed up my cases because it took to long to free her.  Now I am on case 7 (bomb case) and these guys are everywhere and I can't find the leader (the guy that was in the cut scene) so I can't stop them from respawning everywhere.  Could somebody tell me where this guy is?  I checked in alot of places including the movie theater but I can't find where he went.  Also I get captured and taken in this room and I get killed right away and everything is taken away from me.

He is in the the movie theatre section.

When you go in the movie theatre there will be a ton of the yellow guys and it's easier if you kill them all. The best way to kill them is with the gun that is above the door to the warehouse. You go up the stairs to the right and jump up onto that ledge and make your way all the way to the end. Then when you are close, but not close enough for them to attack you can peg them off one at a time. So, you enter the Theatre and you go straight to the end and around the corner to right is where a whole bunch of these yellow dudes should be and then you want to go in the next theatre door on your right.

I strongly suggest fighting the boss with the chain saw and some wine or O.J. So if you killed the clown Adam already, you can always go back to the rollercoaster in Wonderland Plaza to get the chainsaw. It lasts way longer than the ones in the Hardware Store. Once you kill the boss, just be sure to check everything so you don't miss something.

A. always kill Cletus right away.  The shotguns come in handy and the raincoat guys usually die after 2 shots.  It's real easy to avoid a crowd of them with some well placed shots.

B.They usually disappear sometime during the third day, at which point you're also too late to kill their leader.  The fact that you got the box cutscene means you got it real late.  It becomes available sometime during the second day I think, so check that area periodically around then.  Otis should give you the call soon afterwards.

C.The shot gun works really well on their leader.  I've heard the lead pipe and katana suggested, but I got nowhere with melee attacks.  if you're really high level you might have better luck.

D.What level are you?  I usually run around with a katana or hunting knife and can fend them off pretty well with either.  If you're having trouble then just run past them.  As for when they capture you, yeah, that sux.  I've had trouble even at level 50.  My best suggestion is to use the scattered weapons to draw them away from the sword and then use the sword to let loose.  Also, when there's not a whole lot of them left, I think disembowel and other attacks work on them.  The biggest thing to watch out for is getting ganged up on.  Avoid their blinding powder.

I also think they respawn after you kill their leader.  I think it's a time thing that makes them go away.

Yeah thanks for the help.  I am only level 12 so it is pretty hard for me to take out large groups without being killed or captured.  I have been focusing completly on just finishing the cases thats why I am at a low level.  Thanks for the advice on this.  I have one other question too.  I also want to get the zombie genocider achievement so how would you recommend getting this?  I almost have completed the story/case line, so could I do it in overtime and still get the true ending or w/e?  Or could I start a new 72-hour game without saving, so I don't overwrite my other game, and just as soon as I start go to the tunnels and start running zombies over?  Thanks for the help.

Personally, I finished overtime and then worked on getting to level 50.  I don't think you're gonna get genocider in this run anyways.  If you want a surefire way of getting it, I have two words for you: maintenance tunnels.  I got it by using th various cars to do cycles.  Me and my roomates switched off to ensure lack of boredom.  I've heard other ways suggested, though.
