HELP!!! dirt download stalling???

hi, i 've been trying to download this demo but it got stuck at 69% so i canceled. then when i resumed it jumped to 75% but it's     not advancing, any help!!!

Could be a glitch, I did the same thing once. Check your modem lights, it's possible it's still downloading but not refreshing the progress bar. Mine stalled on around 70% when downloading some Gears maps after I cancelled and resumed, it looked like it had stalled but it hadn't.

i did thta but it only advanced 3% after 30 mins.
